Two virtual public meetings will be held in January and February, where we will update on you on the new hospital project and the progress we have made so far.
Senior hospital staff and clinicians will present our vision for the new hospital, followed by a discussion with the project architects. We want to hear what you would like to see in the hospital welcome area and public-facing spaces.
The two virtual public meetings will take place on:
- Thursday 21 January 6.30-8.00pm
- Thursday 4 February 6.30-8.00pm
Lance McCarthy, chief executive of The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust said: “I’m delighted with the huge progress we’ve made in planning our new hospital. We now need residents to tell us how our public-facing areas and facilities in the new hospital can work better.
“Please come along to one of our meetings and have your say. You will be playing a really important part in helping us build a hospital for the future, together.”
Please note that these are virtual events and will be hosted live on Microsoft Teams.
